Ink of Klaassen sells physical books and digital eBook editions where a digital format is shown on the relevant product page. Product pages describe the title, format, price and other main characteristics needed to make an informed purchasing decision.

Prices

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Patrick Klaassen is not VAT registered and VAT is not separately charged by Ink of Klaassen. Any delivery charge or other amount payable for an order is displayed before the customer places the order.

Payment

Payments are processed through PayFast. The payment methods available at checkout depend on the methods enabled and available through PayFast after account verification. The final payment method and amount are shown before the order is placed.

Reviewing an order

Before placing an order, customers can review the Cart and Checkout information, change quantities or selections, remove items, correct relevant details and return from Checkout to the Cart.

Transaction records

Customers receive an order confirmation and, where a customer account is used, may access order information through the My Account area. Transaction records are also retained by Ink of Klaassen for business, accounting and legal purposes for as long as required or reasonably necessary.

Delivery

Physical books are dispatched through The Courier Guy. Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after successful payment. South African deliveries are generally expected approximately 48–72 hours after dispatch, although outlying areas may take longer. International delivery is generally estimated at approximately 14–21 days after dispatch. Delivery is available worldwide, subject to courier service availability and destination restrictions. A flat delivery charge is displayed at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Ink of Klaassen does not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind return right beyond applicable law. Statutory consumer rights remain fully applicable. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Privacy and security

Personal information and payment-related processing are addressed in the Privacy Policy. PayFast processes payments, and the website uses reasonable security, access-control, backup and monitoring measures appropriate to the services provided.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Customers should first contact Ink of Klaassen at orders@inkofklaassen.com so that a complaint can be investigated and resolved directly. Where applicable, an unresolved consumer complaint may be referred to an appropriate consumer-protection body such as the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission.
